Beschreibung
The sub-programme Western Balkans contributes to a just energy transition through regional networking and decentralized local approaches in the area of climate policy, in line with the EU Integration process. The sub-programme climate finance supports policies, strategies and processes for equitable, human rightsbased and gender-democratic climate finance to help improve access to more and better quality climate finance for those most affected by climate change.
